What we collect
When you contact us we store your name, email, company, budget/scope/timeline, and message. When you visit the site, we log anonymous analytics (pageviews, browser, country) through PostHog EU.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, to improve the site, and — where you’ve opted in — to send occasional studio updates. We do not sell or share data with brokers, ever.
Where the data lives
Contact submissions live in an EU-hosted database (Supabase, Frankfurt). Analytics live in PostHog EU. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Write to legal@vyperstudios.co and we’ll respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
Cookies
We use one analytics cookie (PostHog) and one preferences cookie. We do not use third-party marketing cookies. See our cookies page for detail.
