The problem

A brand with cult loyalty in North America and no paid infrastructure. They’d saturated organic reach and needed a paid engine that didn’t break the community-first voice.

The approach

Produced 60+ UGC assets in a single week with community athletes. Launched across Meta + Google Shopping + TikTok with a strict brand-voice guardrail. Rebuilt PDPs with Shopify metafields for use-case merchandising.

The outcome

Revenue up 412% YoY. Steady-state Meta ROAS held at 5.6× through a full year. Community creative got picked up organically — 3.1M free impressions on repurposed ads.
