The problem

A great product with zero brand recognition, launching into an aisle of pastel-and-sans-serif sameness. Founders had two months of runway and no growth infrastructure.

The approach

Built a Shopify 2.0 storefront with a custom quiz + subscription flow. Launched a full-funnel Meta + TikTok Ads program on day one — three creative angles, tested weekly. CRO squad ran a PDP experiment every 5 days.

The outcome

$1.2M in first-quarter GMV against a $220k ad spend — 4.7× blended ROAS. Subscription attach rate hit 31% by day 60 thanks to the Klaviyo post-purchase flow.
