The problem
A tight product line with loyal customers but every order was a single unit. Meta CPMs were rising, LTV was under-monetized, and the checkout felt clinical.
The approach
Rebuilt the theme around bundle-first PDPs, added a slot-based upsell in cart, and rewired the Klaviyo winback flow to target 60-day dormant subscribers with a bundle offer.
The outcome
AOV doubled inside eight weeks. Blended CAC dropped 22% as email-attributed revenue picked up the demand slack. Q4 peaked at 9.4× ROAS on Meta.
